A campaign in one message.
Before every school holiday, Let's Sport runs one Facebook ad per city, then reminders wherever camps aren't full. One team member spent several hours a week on it. Today, the team writes a message and approves.
The same ad, city after city.
For each holiday, a general campaign had to be created with one ad per city.
Then registrations had to be tracked and reminders run, site by site, with a first reminder and sometimes a second.
Always the same targeting, the same budget, and the right visual to find in Dropbox.
You write. It prepares.
- The team writes its request in Telegram, in plain language.
- The agent understands the request: campaign type, holiday, cities, themes.
- It fills in what's missing from internal reference data and finds the right visuals.
- It creates the ads as drafts: one per city, 15 km around the site, standard budget and duration. A carousel when there are several themes.
- It sends a preview of each ad in Telegram.
- On “ok publish”, everything goes live. Changing a text takes one sentence.

Reliable, not just clever.
An agent that understands plain language still has to produce exact ads, in Facebook's strict format. We turned each of Facebook's constraints into an explicit rule.
We also isolated errors: if sending a preview fails, the agent retries without recreating the ads. No duplicates, no budget spent twice.
Built with the team. General campaign, simple reminder, carousel reminder, text change: each case was tested by the team, in Telegram, on real campaigns, before moving on to the next.

A task that comes back every week.
If it always follows the same rules, an agent can do it. Let's talk.
